All paid plans include a 14-day free trial through Shopify Billing. You can cancel during the trial from Shopify Admin. If billing is not completed, your store remains on the Free plan and your data stays available.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through Shopify Admin. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
All billing goes through Shopify's built-in billing system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. We never ask for credit card details directly — Shopify handles everything.
Your dashboard keeps working. Alerts and purchase order exports pause for SKUs over the 100 limit, but you're never locked out. A banner suggests upgrading, but there's no hard block.
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with one click in Shopify Admin. No cancellation fees, no hidden charges.
Not yet. We plan to introduce annual pricing with a discount in the future. For now, all plans are billed monthly through Shopify.
Native accounting and WMS sync are not included in this release. Use Restocky's CSV export pack for purchase orders, inventory value, discrepancy reports, and supplier scorecards, plus Excel exports for individual reports while direct integrations are being validated.
